We have a core of over 1000 team members at our parks that ensure the parks operates smoothly in the general day to day operations throughout the year. These roles vary from Managerial positions (please see Managerial Section), Maintenance, and Housekeeping to name a few.

Throughout the winter when our parks are closed our core team members continue to be proactive in improving and maintaining the high standards that our guests rightly demand from our product. The company is proud of its closed season investments and relies heavily upon the core team members to ensure that all investments are value for money and delivered on time.

These roles require a high level of self motivation and an ability to be part of a small core team.
