Aftersales Manager

Purpose of Role

We are currently recruiting for an Aftersales Manager to join our Owners Exclusive team on park, reporting to the Caravan Sales Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas:

• Customer Service
• Aftersales Service
• Maintenance Control

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service

• Develop and maintain relationships with Owners, manufacturers, external contractors and suppliers and internally with team leaders/members through support, coaching and monitoring.
• To provide ongoing and personal services to all Owners on Park.

Aftersales Service

• Deal effectively and efficiently with all customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring problem resolution and exceeding of customer expectations.
• Inspecting faults, arranging and ensuring repairs are conducted to the required standard.
• Informing owners of repairs, their cost and expected timelines.
• Ensuring all Company policies and targets with regards to sales, are followed and achieved.

Maintenance Control

• Ordering, storing and monitoring usage of spare parts.
• Ensuring all new and used units are inspected to standard, including Sales, Team Member and Hire Fleet units.
• Ensuring all contractor and supplier work is carried out to the required standard.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbally. You will be a motivated self-starter, who has the desire and personal drive to consistently exceed customer expectations.

You will also have a problem solving approach to your work and be able to lead and motivate a team.

Previous experience within a similar role, or of leading a team would be beneficial to your application.
