Purpose of Role

Following an incredibly successful year, our Papa Johns outlets are looking to expand in 2010. We therefore have vacancies for Team Members to join our Papa Johns team at Devon Cliffs.

We are currently recruiting for a team member to join the Papa Johns operation at Devon Cliffs.

Key responsibilities of this position are:

o To follow all company procedures
o Carry out all food preparation
o Ensure all products are stored correctly
o Make side orders and pizzas to operations manual specifications
o Serve side orders and pizzas to operational standard
o Ensure that every customer receives a high standard and correct product within 30 minutes every time
o Aim to ‘Win It One Customer at a Time’ by serving customers in a way that is friendly, efficient and exceeds their expectations
o Wear full uniform at all times
o To be up to date with product knowledge and marketing initiatives that pertain to store weekly
o Use the computer system to take orders, payments and give change, observing all company rules concerning security of cash
o Clean store and equipment to a high standard at all times
o Maintain Food Hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all customers
o Maintain Health & Safety standards for self and otherso Carry out other reasonable request for which training has been given
 

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to display evidence and experience of the following competencies:

o COMMUNICATION - understanding the importance of communicating efficiently and professionally at all times
o CUSTOMER SERVICE - understanding the importance of providing great customer service
o TEAMWORK - understanding the importance of working effectively as part of a team
o POSITIVE ATTITUDE - understanding the importance of having a positive attitude
o MANAGING DIFFICULT SITUATIONS AND PROCEDURES - understanding the process for dealing with difficult situations and procedures.
